2.       Console and control system

The control system is used JAPAN MITSIBISHI PLC which can control either automatically or manually. The machine can process continuously, not equipped with air conditioner .The main contactor in electric cabinet is used JAPAN MISTSIBISHI product; others used SIMENS product; relay used export products which produced by joint venture.

Cellulose Fiber Metering Equipment Introduction

According to the need of my company, we process mixing material (SMA) which use for first grade highway. We introduce the technical of American INTERFIBE FIBER COMPANY, design and produce new special equipment. It is controlled by PLC, can add quantitative cellulose fiber controlled by discharge sign. It can discharge and mix with other material automatic. The processing are stable, which can improve the quality of the mixture.

Now we develop two type equipments: fluffy and granule cellulose fiber metering equipment. The discharge material can be set by output, matched variable output, satisfied LB1000, LB2000,M3000 mixed machine.( the mixture output is 60—180t/h).

Color Bitumen Introduction

As we know, highway paved with black bitumen mixture acts as a important role in the social communications. In addition, color bitumen pavement embodies the time scent of the brand-new transportation in the 21 century. These show the modern steps of city by Municipal environment green up municipal boulevard bright up and municipal transportation speed up.

Color bitumen pavement is another mark of city modernization .It has a wide utility in social public business for color bitumen mixture, such as beautifying the community, decorating domestic for the color bitumen applied in some developed foreign countries.

It is worth mentioning that this special technology has researched and mastered in technical development department of Beijing Guochuang Modified Bitumen Co., ltd.

In sept,2000,It was the first time that about 5000 square meter color bitumen worn-layer has been paved in beijing amusement garden, as a beautifying engineering of Chang-an street、Beijing, for  application for Olympic Games in 2008.

After this engineering was fulfilled ,premier of state council, mayor of Beijing and other state leaders respectively visit the color road. It became a bright high light in Beijing in the end.
